AddAllSense to Adolescence

SBWI is a dedicated, easy to access online platform to promote adolescent's mental health literacy, help seeking behavior and mental health status. Our courses will equip you with the tools and insights for maintaining your mental wellness.

Carl Jung (Swiss psychiatrist, psychotherapist and psychologist) called the adolescence or adolescent phase, the "storming phase" because of the big changes that happen in a person's mind and emotions during this time.

During this time, emotions are rough, people are figuring out who they are, and they are growing mentally and physically in big ways. Things look totally crazy, which is something that adolescents have to deal with and adjust to.
